The Kettlebell Swing
Always a staple exercise in our fitness classes as its a full body movement and is guaranteed to get your heart rate pumping. A posterior chain exercise that works your hamstring, glutes and lower back if provides great balance for anyone that does a lot of running or plays competitive sports. 4 x 15-20 reps will work best here.
2. Battle Ropes
Best used a finisher to your workout, the battleropes are excellent for developing your ability to work in your 90% heart rate zone. Working your arms and core, there really is nothing else like this! Try going for 3 x 30-60 seconds, building your endurance with each session.
3. The Burpee
Many of us know this exercises and have done it before, but its important to know how to vary it, especially if you are a beginner and starting off. 3 x 10 reps of loads, and can be combined into a circuit.
