5 HEALTHY BREAKFAST IDEAS

1. BERRY SMOOTHIE ๐Ÿ‰๐ŸŠ

(Orange, strawberry, Greek yogurt, blueberries & orange juice/water)


2. OVERNIGHT OATS ๐Ÿฅฃ

(Greek yogurt, strawberries, oats)


3. FRIED EGGS ๐Ÿณ

2 eggs, avocado, wholegrain toast, baby tomatoe slices, fry in coconut oil or low calorie Flora spray

4. OATMEAL ๐Ÿฅฃ

Add oats, seeds, water & honey to a bowl & microwave for 2 mins. Add peanut butter when cooked for added flavour if needed

5. SCRAMBLED EGG ๐Ÿณ

2 eggs, milk, smoked salmon, avocado, add some herbs/spices

Weโ€™ve all heard the old saying that โ€œBreakfast is the most important meal of the dayโ€ and thereโ€™s definitely a lot of truth in it!

A good healthy breakfast can really set you up for the day, balance your blood sugars and help prevent snacking on unhealthy foods later in the day.
